Overthinking Is Killing Your Overflow
How I Learned to Let It Be Easy….
You don’t need more ideas.
You need more ease.
More trust.
More simplicity in a world that tells you to do more, be more, post more.
I used to be you.
I’d rewrite the caption ten times.
I’d overanalyze the launch plan.
I’d tweak a funnel to death.
And still feel like I was falling short.
Every decision felt heavy.
Every move felt like it had to be perfect.
Because somewhere along the line, I learned that success required strain.
That results only came if you were on, 24/7.
That the only way to scale was to sprint.
And the more I thought, the less I moved.
Until I realized Overthinking was the very thing keeping me stuck in $2k months.
So I stopped over-strategizing
And I started listening.
To the voice that said:
“Your success isn’t hiding in one more Google Doc.”
“Your buyer doesn’t need more details. She needs more truth.”
“You don’t have to explain your magic. You just have to own it.”
You don’t need another strategy.. because any strategy can work.
You need to stop underestimating your power and teach yourself … it is safe to be seen.
Letting it be simple didn’t mean letting it be sloppy.
It meant letting it be clear.
Letting it be honest.
Letting my work speak without screaming.
And the moment I started treating my energy like a the strategy The needle moved.
If you’re stuck in the swirl right now…
Just know this:
You don’t need to do more.
You need to decide what matters.
And the 30k version of you?
She’s not thinking it to death.
She’s moving.
She’s claiming.
She’s simplifying with power.
If you’re ready to scale your business from softness, not overthinking...
Join the 7-day series and see how I did it. I’m not here to gatekeep.
Because overflow doesn’t come from force.
It comes from finally trusting the version of you that already knows.
Want extra tips?
Here are my top 3 ways I quiet the swirl and come back to clarity:
1 – Meditation
I know, I know… meditation (especially with an active brain) sucks.
But when I finally stopped trying to do it “right” and just gave myself 3 minutes to breathe?
Everything shifted.
I started small—with guided meditations so I had something to focus on.
Not to clear my mind, but to give it something else to chew on.
Start there. Let it be messy. It still works.
2 – Visualization
This one changed the game.
Because most days, the version of me making $30k a month isn’t loud in my head—
she’s quiet, confident, deliberate.
So I borrow her energy.
I imagine her morning routine.
Her decisions.
How she opens her laptop and knows it’s working.
The more I see her, the more I become her.
3 – Scripting
This one’s like journaling’s magnetic older sister.
I write as if the thing already happened:
“Today I had my first $10k sale and I felt calm, certain, like I already knew she was coming…”
It’s not just mindset fluff—it’s nervous system training.
The more familiar it feels, the easier it is to receive.
